John Jengo, a geologist from Downingtown, PA, will give a presentation on the geological history of the DWGNRA. Jon has 40 years of experience in geology, hydrogeology, environmental remediation, and dam removals.

Paint the Town

Get Ready for Paint the Town!
A one day En Plein Air Paint Out
Join us this Saturday for a celebration of the Delaware Water Gap as artists take to the streets to Paint the Town!
Date: Saturday, September 14 (Rain date – September 15)
Registration: 9 AM – 10 AM
Painting: 10 AM – 1 PM
Artwork Sale: 1 PM – 5 PM
How It Works:
Register: Sign up for $10 at 9 AM to secure your spot.
Create: Watch as artists capture our town in their unique styles from 10 AM to 1 PM.
Shop: After the painting is done, vote for and purchase your favorite pieces from 1 PM to 5 PM.
Whether you’re an art lover, a curious observer or looking for a one-of-a-kind addition to your collection, this event is perfect for you! Come enjoy a day filled with creativity, community, and colorful expressions.

Seeing Solitude

Seeing Solitude: Joni Oye and Susie Forrester

Opening Reception: Friday, September 6 from 5-7 pm

Please note early reception times because of the jazz festival.

Regular gallery hours are Saturday and Sunday from 1-5. The show runs through Sepyember 22.

Joni will show wall reliefs in clay that reflect on her personal journey. She was the chair of the ESU art department for many years and lives in Stroudsburg.

Susie will show photographs that depict natural forms and the American scene. She has been a printer and archivist for the legendary photographer Larry Fink. Susie lives in Stroudsburg.
