William Christine

Bill will show landscapes and art abstracted from nature. Bill has his MFA from Brooklyn College where he studied with Lois Dodd and has shown in NYC. He lives in Bethlehem. William Christine Art

Lynn Rideout and Lizzy Tilley

Lynn will be showing autobiographical work in all media. A longtime art educator, Lynn is from Milford, PA.  LynnRideout’sArt

Curtis Engesser and Donna Kallesser

Curtis paints en plein air oils of scenes in and around the Delaware Water Gap National Recreation Area. Curtis lives in Swartswood, NJ. See his work here.

Donna will show still lifes and landscapes in oil. Donna is a past first place winner in the Dutot Plein Air. She lives in East Stroudsburg. See her work here.

Courtney Natt and Sylvia Thompson

Courtney and Sylvia are the dynamic couple that own and run Create and Be Studio in Stroudsburg.

Courtney will be showing oils that explore her familial roots and cultural heritage.  nattoncanvas

Rita Baragona

Rita will show landscapes and flower studies in acrylic.

Rita studied at Carnegie Mellon and the NY Studio school. She shows at the Bowery Gallery in NYC.  Rita lives in Columbia, NJ.   ritabaragona

Joni Maya Oye and Susie Forrester

Joni will show wall reliefs in clay that reflect on her personal journey. She was the chair of the ESU art department for many years and lives in Stroudsburg.  jonimayaoye

Susie will show photographs that depict natural forms and the American scene. She has been a printer and archivist for the legendary photographer Larry Fink. Susie lives in Stroudsburg. susieforrester

Painting the Town

A one day plein air event in town, with stamping, painting, hanging, prizes and sales all in one.

 

September 27 – October 13
Sights and Scenes along the Delaware

A juried group show of plein air and studio paintings and drawings of townscapes of the borough of DWG,  landscapes of the surrounding DWG Recreation Area, and portraits and depictions of the local jazz scene centered on COTA and the Deer Head Inn.
